Everyone Wants to Change the World
United Canadian and American States
Seattle is technically a part of the United Canadian and American States (UCAS for short), but it’s geographically disconnected. Wars and political maneuvering led to the Salish-Shidhe Council and Tir-Tairngire controlling everything around Seattle.
This puts Seattle in an odd place, acting more like an independent country. UCAS largely ignores Seattle, or treat it like a distant colony. In turn, the residents of Seattle are proud of their national heritage, but feel that UCAS is little more than a foreign power and nothing like the parent nations that formed it.
